This hotel offers exclusive amenities and luxurious services that fulfill all my needs. the spa and wellness center was exceptional, with a wide range of treatments including full body massages and beauty treatments. I particularly loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, surrounded by a beautiful garden area. the restaurant served exquisite cuisine with private dining facilities to enhance my experience.
The only minor issue was the lack of umbrellas in the pool area, which was quickly resolved within a day.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby city, which was very convenient for exploring the area. the hotel's location was perfect, with beautiful gardens and a stunning view. the staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.
The check-in process was problematic, as we were informed last minute that we couldn't check in until 7pm due to a specific event happening at the hotel. This was misleading and inconvenient.
